NESTLÉ.
Easter preparations.
Nestlé needed a film for an internal Easter conference. It wasn't an external campaign. It was about strategic alignment. Preparing the team, presenting new products, and engaging the sales and operations teams for the biggest date on their calendar.
The challenge was the sheer volume of information. Sponsored by BBB.
Currently underway: launching a new advertising campaign, new products arriving, and technical guidance on safety in the assembly of egg trellises.
Easter. A lot to take in. And it all needed to be absorbed.
The solution was to transform the content into a format.
We created an internal news program to present the latest news in a dynamic way, weaving together information with entertainment. The actor chosen was Renato Albani, who brought rhythm, timing, and lightness to the script. He handled the volume of content without making the film heavy.
We filmed inside Nestlé's own office, which brought agility and proximity to the internal audience. We interspersed the "news broadcast" with real interviews with the company's safety technicians, ensuring credibility in the guidelines on setting up the trellises and good operational practices.
I followed the entire process, from writing and capturing the material to editing. The material was extensive, the information was dense.
And the challenge was to maintain clarity without losing energy.
The result was a long but fluid film that managed to organize strategy, product, and security within an engaging narrative. Because sometimes the greatest creative challenge is explaining a lot of things to a lot of people without losing focus along the way.
